Free bug fixes throughout the life of the product. Our software is thoroughly tested but we're not perfect so an occasional bug may occur. If you find one we'll fix it immediately regardless of when you purchased the solution.

Document And Photo Storage
  FileMaker can be setup to manage files on the file server. The path to the document is stored in the database so hard drive space on the file server is the only limitation. Thumbnails can be generated for image files. Version numbers, descriptions, key words, and other data can be tracked for each document. The documents can be tied to projects, image libraries or other records in the database. They can be searched using any of the stored criteria and displayed in lists or grids making it easy to retrieve the desired file.
Email Campaigns
  Personalized emails can be sent to clients letting them know about new products and services the company is offering. The email can be tailored based on previous purchases the client made or possibly a friendly reminder about an upcoming service inspection or renewal fee. Data from the solution can be merged into the email to make it specific such as the status of a particular order or it can just be Christmas wishes to keep in touch with clients.
Multilingual
  Solutions can be created to run in both English and French, or any other languages. This could be limited to the interface and messages only or it could also include separate records for text fields. Number, date, time, and photo fields translate into any language, modifications to text fields would need to be made in each language but the end result would be a truly multilingual solution.
Data Loading And Cleaning
  Data from Excel, Word, text files, or almost any other electronic format can be cleaned and loaded into the solution. Customer and product information can even be extracted from the majority of accounting packages. Duplicates can be consolidated. Missing names, addresses, postal codes and phone numbers can be retrieved and verified with 411.
Web Publishing
  Some or all of the data could be published to the web to allow clients to book appointments, fill out forms, view product catalogs, track orders or obtain customer satisfaction survey responses. Sales staff could log in remotely to check schedules, get client addresses, view quantities in stock, create orders, or enter time sheets and traveling expenses.
